In our webshop all prices are displayed in EUROS including VAT. In addition we charge you the shipping costs.

Minimum Order
The minimum order in this shop is Euro 9.50.

Payment
We only deliver against advance payment. Accepted methods of payment are bank-to-bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.

Free Items
A Free colored Photocard, one Amon Amarth Logo vinyl-sticker and two colored Poster (only available through this shop) are included with every order. 

Sizes (S/M/L/XL/XXL/XXXL/XXXXL)
Our Shirtsizes are EU Standar which means they are smaller than US sizes. So an XL (EU) is like an L (US) 

Delivery Time
We usually send out your order within 5 working days after payment has been received. Add to this the time the carrier takes to deliver your package, on which we obviously don’t have any influence.

Should one or more of the ordered items have a certain shipping date displayed (for example for pre-orders of titles that haven’t been released yet), your complete order will ship on that particular date.

Conclusion of Contract

We will first check to which extent we are able to fulfill your order. Only then we will accept your offer (order), either fully or in part. This happens with the shipping of the goods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. By confirming your order the contract of purchase is concluded from our side.

Please note that we can’t guarantee the availability of all items. Actual stocks may differ from the available quantities displayed! Should one or more items within a prepaid order not be available any more, we will give you a refund for this (these) item(s).

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Returns Policy
You have the right to return the goods within 30 days after their reception without stating any reasons. This time frame begins from the date the goods arrive at your address. Sealed media items like CDs, LPs, DVDs, etc. will only be accepted for return if the seal has not been broken. Items which are damaged or faulty upon delivery will be exchanged at no extra charge. We recommend that you test the item with care, as any damage or over-usage of the item cannot be reclaimed. In the event of damage / over-usage we reserve the right to charge for such returned items. This charge will be a percentage of the purchase price according to damage / usage and may be up to 100% of the purchase price. If you do consider returning the items purchased, please limit yourself to a visual inspection of the goods and do not take the items into regular use.

You must cover the cost of the return postage, unless the value of the returned goods exceeds the amount of Euro 40.- or the shipped items were not the ones you ordered.
